Survey this! What’s had the biggest impact on celiac this decade?

Right now you’re hearing about every top ten list from the last decade imaginable.  But I haven’t seen anyone talking about this –What has had the biggest impact on the celiac community in the last ten years (2000-2009).

Celiac disease and the gluten-free lifestyle have most certainly come a very long way in the last decade.  But what do you think has had the biggest impact?
